CIAOPS Techwerks face to face returns to Melbourne CBD on Thursday the 26th of November 2026, and once again the focus is AI. This time we go to the cutting edge: how to actually bring automated agents and autopilots into your business so they do real work, not just answer questions.
Places are strictly limited to 20 people and Techwerks days sell out quickly. Reserve your place today by completing this form:

AI agents and autopilots for your business
We have moved well past simply chatting with AI. The real opportunity now is agents that work alongside your people and autopilots that keep running in the background. At Techwerks 31 we will dig into what that looks like in practice with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot agents and Copilot Studio, where these tools genuinely deliver value today, and how to adopt them safely and sensibly in a small or medium business.
If you have been wondering how to go from experimenting with Copilot to having agents take real work off your plate, this is the day for you.
A hands-on Techwerks workshop driven by you
The content of these all day face to face workshops is driven by the attendees. That means we cover exactly what people want to see and focus on doing hands on, real world scenarios. Attendees can vote on topics they’d like to see covered prior to the day and we continue to target exactly what the small group of attendees wants to see. It is an excellent way to get really deep into the technology and finally have all the questions you’ve been dying to ask answered. Typically, the event produces a number of best practice take aways for each attendee.
Recent testimonial – “I just wanted to say a big thank you to Robert for the Brisbane Techworks day. It is such a good format with each attendee asking what matters them and the whole interactive nature of the day. So much better than death by PowerPoint.” – Mike H.
