  • Microsoft Bookings demo: Robert showed how to create and customize booking pages, services, staff, and customers, and how to integrate Bookings with Outlook, Teams, and Power Automate. 17:29

  • Questions and feedback: David asked about the Outlook add-in for scheduling polls and the future of AI in Bookings. Robert suggested using Bookings instead of the add-in and expected more AI integration in the future. 42:05
